Holding dual MBAs and certifications in Lean, Six Sigma, project management, agile, and change leadership, Sonny brings proven technical depth and enterprise-scale experience.
His work spans both public and private sectors, with senior roles including Chief Operating Officer, Managing Project Manager, and Region Manager. He has led organizations through operational disruption and systemic change—reversing multimillion-dollar losses, delivering digital transformations for 35,000+ end users, and executing recovery initiatives with large cross-functional teams across borders.
Sonny's experience includes engagements with TELUS, the BC Public Service Agency, PCL Construction, Halliburton, Volvo, Flint Energy, and Finning. He serves on academic and industry panels, including an alumni advisory role with the Australian Institute of Business and is a Chartered Manager with CIM Chartered Managers Canada.

As a serial solver, this presented an intellectual and practical challenge, given that change management has existed formally since 1947 and currently includes numerous contemporary approaches.
Following an objective analysis of transformation, and the discarding of entrenched myths and beliefs about its causes, effects, and mechanisms, several conclusions emerged:
